Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for events, courses, products, and donations provided by Nibras Education Foundation.

1. Events and Ticket Purchases

Refunds

• Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the event date
• Partial refunds (50%) may be granted if requested 3–6 days before the event
• No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event

Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another person if requested at least 24 hours before the event

Event Changes

• We reserve the right to reschedule or modify events
• If an event is canceled, a full refund or credit will be provided

2. Online Courses

Refunds

• Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided that:
  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• No refunds will be issued after:
  • 3 days from purchase, or
  • Once significant course content has been accessed

Access

• Course access is for personal use only and may not be shared

3. Physical Products (Books & Materials)

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery
• We will provide a replacement or refund

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Donations

• All donations are non-refundable, except in cases of:
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical errors

Requests for donation-related issues must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction

5. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
